Returns and Refunds

 

Customer satisfaction is our top priority.Xtreme Communications is happy to offer a refund if your purchased item is faulty on arrival. You must return your faulty goods to us within 14 days from the date of purchase in order to be eligible for are placement.

You will receive a replacement item or a credit for the purchase if the item can not be replaced.

Procedure for the Return of Products

All products returned must contain all original packaging and documentation. Xtreme Communications reserves the right to deny replacement of goods that have been poorly packaged and that have missing parts or have signs of physical abuse.

Please Note

  • All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • A replacement product will only be given after the faulty item has been approved for exchange or credit by the store manager.
  • Items that are returned must have a proof of purchase, without this, we will not be able to provide an exchange or credit.
